دوو شێوازی نووسینی ژمارە بە 16 bit، کە بۆ ژمێرکاریی ژیریی دەستکرد زۆر بەکار دێن، چونکە لە FP32 خێراترن و میمۆریی کەمتر دەبەن. BF16 هەمان مەودای ژمارەکانی FP32 دەپارێزێت بە وردییەکی کەمتر. خێرایی کارتێک لەم شێوازانەدا بە TFLOPS دەپێورێت.
